Our origin story sucks. You’ve heard it a thousand times: three college roommates decide to start a business together. No real progress was made before we graduated from Eastern Illinois University. We were all headed in different directions, but I think we all subconsciously knew that someday we would build something special together.

One night, I (Logan) was watching some mind-numbing video on social media. It said everyone should have a mission statement for their marriage. So, my wife (Tiffany) and I sat down to come up with something we genuinely wanted to devote our lives to - loving and restoring people, places, and things to life. We didn’t want this to become something cute we put on our walls. We wanted this to be who we are and what we do.

Day after day, idea after idea, I struggled to find what this looked like. I finally figured out what I needed to do. It came to me like a splash of water to the face - literally. I was in the shower (you’re welcome for the visual). I needed to call Caleb and Andrew. There is no one I know who is better at making brands, businesses, and organizations come to life visually like Caleb. The man turns water into wine. And Andrew, well he’s the smartest person I know - he’s the guy who doesn’t take a single note during lectures but still graduates at the top of his class…pretty annoying to be honest.

Turns out, that dream from undergrad was finally happening. The more we talked about how this would look, two things became clear. First, we would deliver work that would breathe life into businesses and organizations. Second, our identity would be that we genuinely care for people - customers, team members, and everyone in-between. Our work and care should create a noticeable shift and bring life to you. If it doesn’t, we failed.
